MATLACK, Rexford M., 94 of St. Petersburg. Died Thursday, March 24, 2005 at Pasadena Manor. Born in Bridgeton, New Jersey, he came here in the 1960's from Reeders, Pennsylvania. He served in the Navy during World War II. He was an engineer for CBS Television Network in New York, NY. He was a member of St. Vincent's Episcopal Church, St. Petersburg. Survivors include his step daughter, JoAnne Nicholson, Springfield, TN. David C. Gross Funeral Homes and Cremation Center, 6366 Central Avenue, St. Petersburg. Private Cremation.
