Obituary of Julius C. Rosch

Rosch- Dr. Julius C. 85 of St. Petersburg passed away Monday May 9, 2005 at Palms of Pasadena Hospital, South Pasadena. He came here in 1993 from his native Altoona Pennsylvania, where he practiced internal medicine. He was a member of Congregation B'nai Israel of St. Petersburg and its Men's Club, the Pinellas County Hevra Kadisha and ASPEC; was a volunteer for Hospice of the Florida Suncoast, Menorah Manor, Habitat for Humanity, the Altoona Hospital and the Blair County Music Association. During World War II, he served in the Navy. Survivors include his wife of 58 years Annette; two sons Ned of Portland OR and Jeffrey of Altoona PA; a daughter Jeannie Leavitt of Orlando; a sister Evelyn Bernhard of Little Rock Arkansas; seven grandchildren and one great grandson. David C. Gross Funeral Homes, Beth David Chapel, St. Petersburg, is in charge of arrangements. Funeral services will be Wednesday May 11, 2005 at 2PM in Congregation B'nai Israel, 300 58th Street North with Rabbi Jacob Luski D.D. and Cantor David Sislen, officiating. Interment will follow in Royal Palm Cemetery South. Service Information
