Obituary of Betty F. West

WEST - Betty, 82, of St. Petersburg passed away Friday, December 30, 2005 at Egret Cove Center in St. Petersburg. She came to Florida in 1986 from New York City where she was a private duty caregiver. She worked for Sears for five years and was an active member of Central Christian Church in St. Petersburg. Survivors include one sister, L. Joan "Jo" Hess and her husband Rev. C. Curtis Hess of St. Petersburg and one brother, Jim West of Portsmouth, Ohio and several nieces and nephews. David C. Gross Funeral Home and Cremation Center, Central Avenue Chapel, St. Petersburg is serving the family. Funeral services will be 4PM Tuesday, January 3, 2006 in the David C. Gross Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Stan Percival and Rev. Terrick Moyer, officiating. Burial will be at Memorial Burial Park, Wheelersburg Ohio. The family will receive friends at the funeral home one hour prior to service. Memorial donations, in lieu of flowers, suggested to Central Christian Church in memory of Betty F. West.
