Obituary of Millicent B. Shaffer

SHAFFER - Millicent B., 93, of St. Petersburg, passed away Thursday, January 5, 2006 at Lexington Health & Rehab. Center in St. Petersburg. Born in Hamilton, Maryland, she came to Florida in 1991 from Warminster, Pennsylvania. She was a homemaker and peace activist. Survivors include three daughters, Judy Geissler of St. Petersburg, Linda Shaffer of Arnold, California and Marylou Wooten of Magalia, California and four grandchildren. Mrs. Shaffer was preceded in death by her beloved husband of sixty-five years, Harris F. Shaffer. David C. Gross Funeral Homes and Cremation Center, Central Avenue Chapel, St. Petersburg is serving the family. At the family's request, services will be private.
