Obituary of Charles F. Currey

Currey- Charles F. 77 of Treasure Island passed away Wednesday, March 8 2006 at his residence. Born in Brewster Florida, he came here in 2004 from Pittsburgh PA and was a retired Nuclear Engineer for Westinghouse. He was a graduate of Queens University, Kingston Ontario and was a member of St. Albans Episcopal Church, St. Pete Beach. Survivors include his wife of 54 years Elizabeth "Betty"; two sons Robert of Chicago and David of Burlington Ontario; three daughters Carolyn Murray of Tampa, Susan Harter of Castanea PA and Catherine Schrankel of Seoul, Korea; a brother Bradley Currey of Goletha California and eight grandchildren. David C. Gross Funeral Homes and Cremation Center, Central Avenue Chapel, St. Petersburg. is serving the family. A private cremation has been planned, and no services are scheduled at this time. Memorials suggested to Hospice of the Florida Suncoast in memory of Charles F. Currey. Service Information
