Obituary of Delores Jeanne Cassell

CASSELL - Delores J., 76, of St. Pete Beach passed away Thursday, July 6, 2006 at Palms of Pasadena Hospital under the care of Hospice of the Florida Suncoast. Born in Columbus, Ohio, she came to Florida in 1990 from Atlanta, Georgia where she retired as a school teacher with the Georgia public school system after sixteen years of teaching. She was a member of First Presbyterian Church in St. Petersburg. Survivors include her husband of fifty-six years, Robert D. Cassell Jr., one son, Robert Dewey Cassell III of Cary, North Carolina; a daughter, Kimberly Babbin of Hudson, Ohio and five grandchildren. Visitation and funeral services will take place in Roanoke, Virginia with interment to follow at Evergreen Burial Park in Roanoke. David C. Gross Funeral Homes and Cremation Center, Central Avenue Chapel, St. Petersburg is serving the family.
