HATMAKER, Maxine, 87 of St. Petersburg. Died Friday, July 21, 2006 at Palms of Pasadena Hospital. Born in Clarksburg, West Virginia, she came here many years ago from Welch. She was owner and operator of Belcher & Mooney Men's Store in Welch. Survivors include her brother, Stuart R. Waters, Clarksburg, WV. There will be no local services.
