SELTZER, Dorothy A., 86 of South Pasadena. Died Thursday, August 24, 2006 at Palms of Pasadena Hospital. Born in Morrisville, Pennsylvania, she came here in 1999 from Yardley. She was the personal secretary for three New Jersey governors. She was a Presbyterian. She was a volunteer at Palms of Pasadena Hospital and an avid tennis player. Survivors include her niece, Jacqueline Pistell, Dorset, VT. Private cremation. There will be no services. David C.
