Obituary of Salvatore A. Gorgone

GORGONE, Salvatore A., 93 of Pinellas Park. Died Wednesday, September 13, 2006 at Gracewood Nursing Center. Born in Brooklyn, New York, he came here in 1973 from Long Island. He served in the Marine Corps during World War II. He was a school bus driver for the Pinellas County School System, a delivery driver for UPS and a driver for David C. Gross Funeral Home. He was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Pinellas Park. He was a member of the VFW and the Men's Club Unit 4 at the Mainlands. Survivors include his wife, Marie H; daughter, Gloria Faraci, Farmingdale, NY. A graveside service will be 10 AM on Wednesday, September 27, 2006 at Bay Pines National Cemetery, with full military honors. David C. Gross Funeral Homes and Cremation Center, 6366 Central Avenue, St. Petersburg is serving the family. Service Information
