Obituary of Rose Segal Castle

CASTLE, Rose Segal, 92 of St. Petersburg. Died Saturday, October 14, 2006 at Menorah Manor. Born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, she came here in 1972 from Miami. She was a sales representative in real estate. She enjoyed dancing, sewing, reading, traveling and attended the Gulfport Neighborly Senior Center. Survivors include two daughters, Barbara Friedel, St. Petersburg, Sharon Beck, Miami; three sisters, Anna Myers, Palm Harbor, Betty Roth, Plantation, Pearl Portock, Sunrise; eight grandchildren, Nicole Friedel Decker, Orlando, Deborah Friedel, Charlotte, NC., Daniel Friedel, St. Petersburg, Dr. David Piper, St. Petersburg, Stephanie Kohan, St. Petersburg, Dr. Diane Piper, St. Petersburg, Dean Beck, Miami, Sean Beck, Miami; five great grandchildren, Rachel Piper, Emma Piper, Talya Kohan, Avraham Kohan, Ilan Kohan. Graveside service will be 11 AM on Tuesday, October 17, 2006 at Chapel Hill Memorial Park, with Rabbi Gabriel Ben-Or officiating. David C. Gross Funeral Homes, Beth David Chapel, 6366 Central Avenue, St. Petersburg is serving the family.
