Obituary of Fannette Klotz Shaw

SHAW - Fannette Klotz, 84, passed away Wednesday, February 28, 2007 at Menorah Manor in St. Petersburg. Born in Napoleonville, Louisiana, she came to Florida in 1999 from Tyler, Texas where she was a graduate of Tyler Junior College and a lifetime member of Tyler Hadassah where she served two terms as its president. She took dancing and ballet since the age of seven and was a graduate of Falcon Studios in Hollywood, California where she earned her Associate's degree in fine arts. She was a member of Temple Beth-El in St. Petersburg. Survivors include two sons; Maurice Shaw of St. Petersburg and David Shaw of Mansfield, Texas; her brother, Howard A. Klotz of Ft. Worth, Texas; a grandson, Eric Bradley Shaw of Little Elm, Texas and a granddaughter, Susan Shaw of Dallas, Texas. Mrs. Shaw was preceded in death by her husband, Gerald Shaw. Graveside services will take place Monday, March 5, 2007 at Beth-El Cemetery in Tyler, Texas. The family suggests memorial donations be made in lieu of flowers to Temple Beth-El, 400 Pasadena Avenue South, South, St. Petersburg, Florida 33707 or Menorah Manor, 255 59th Street N., St. Petersburg, Florida 33710.
