Bob Congdon (Team-mate, Class-Mate ) posted a condolence
Friday, November 9, 2007
I played ball with Chucky Amerman from 1955(LittleLeague) until graduation from North in 1963. We were team-mates on the Braves in the High Bridge Little League. I can still see him pitching in the Little League State Championship Series in Trenton in 1957. He baffled hitters with his Herky, Jerky Motion. I played basketball with him from 1959 until 1963. He tried to help extensively in my own troubles with the RTC in 1991-1993. His passing shocks me as I still see him as a youthful looking, exuburant man. I wish to express my condolences to his family. I hope he didn't suffer. Bob Congdon

John and Wink, I am so sorry for your loss. Chuck was my only uncle and I loved him dearly. I will alway remember his warm smile and his wonderful sense of humor. Some of my fondest childhood memories are the times our families spent together on the holidays. It was so nice to see you and your mother again this morning, I am just so sorry it was under these circumstances. You are always in my thoughts and prayers. I do hope to see you again soon. All my love, Mary Beth.
