GOODBYE DAD Goodbye Dad, I'll see you soon I'll remember all the good times Not this afternoon I'll remember you each and every day And if I need to talk I'll just have to pray I'm so sad to see you go This I hope you will know It's not fair you went away I'll never again hear you say "I love you, Tracie, Merrill, and Carrie" Never will you walk me down the aisle Never again will I see you smile Daddy, I'm so sad I'm too young to lose my Dad If you were here you'd say, be strong And maybe even sing me a song It's just so hard to say goodbye I can't help but to break down and cry I know you're in heaven up above Watching over me with your love Now I must remember the good times we had Remember the man, my wonderful Dad So until we meet again, I'll do what I can to make you proud Honor your memory and cry out loud Even though we are apart Dad, you'll live on within my heart My thoughts and prayers are with you.... I wanted to tell you, John, but you left us a couple of hours ahead. The frame sample that you provided for me placed us in first place and popular choice award at the PPFA luncheon on Sunday. I was going to call you Monday morning because I knew you would get a kick out of that. It will be sent to Las Vegas in January for National judging and you would have enjoyed hearing about that also. So, that was your farewell to us at the Frame Factory and I'll always thank you for making everything extra special for us. Thank you for getting Delta to donate framing for a big job we were doing as a donation from us. Thank you for all the tricks of the trade that you taught us everytime you came through the door. Thank you for always making us feel good about this sometimes, crazy business. Thank you for just being you. You will always remain steadfast in our hearts. Mary Byrd and the staff at the Frame Factory

When someone dies, a cloud turns into an angel, who tells God, to open the gates. A bird sings a silent prayer that makes the rain cry. They seem gone, but they never really go away. Sometimes you can see them dancing in a cloud during the day, when they're supposed to be sleeping. They paint the rainbows, and toss shooting stars, and listen to wishes. And when the wind blows, they whisper, don't miss me too much. The view is nice, and I'm doing just fine. He will be dearly missed.

Dear Bill and family, Debbie and I are so very sad to hear of our loss of a wonderful and faithful friend. We were fishing and hunting buddies in high school. When we last saw John he was still talking about catching that huge bass in our little pond back in 1967. I have never known a more likeable person and we shall both miss him. I just hope there places to fish in heaven. Porter and Debbie (Mason) Harris

Traci, I just wanted to send you some thoughts to help you through such a hard time. I love ya girl, be strong! A poem that was inspired by you.... I had a bad dream last night One which I tried to awake from with all my might I dreamed that your life was taken away All that was left for me to do was pray I had a horrible dream Which was a lot worse than it seemed For that it was no mere dream it was real I didnt know how to feel All I could do was cry And ask God why Why were you taken Could you have been mistaken? Why did such a thing happen Why to such a person like you I know that you're in a better place now And you're watching down on all of us Keeping an eye on us And that you'll be there waiting for me and all others who love you At heavens gate I had a bad dream last night One which I tried to awake from with all my might I dreamed that your life was taken away All that was left for me to do was pray.. and pray I shall
