Obituary of Howard Earl Ullian

Ullian, Howard E. Age 81, of St. Petersburg. Loving husband, father, grandfather and brother, passed away suddenly November 12, 2007. He suffered immensely from a car accident in 1999. He battled to overcome the chronic pain and persevered. He was born June 29, 1926 in Brooklyn, New York and was a volunteer member of the Freeport Fire Dept. He served his country honorably in the Army during WW II. He moved to Florida in 1961 where he and his brother started a family furniture business. Later, when the business dissolved, he used his skills and began designing boat cushions with Gulfstar Yachts until his retirement. He enjoyed his family and friends and would help anyone in need. His hobbies included cooking and his love of animals. He is survived by his wife of fifty-seven years, Florence; his son Roy, of Clearwater, Florida; his daughters, Lori Frederick of Longwood, Florida and Stacey (Greg) Wilson of St.Petersburg, Florida, one brother, Bert of St. Petersburg, Florida and one sister, Gladys of Port Richey, Florida and five grandchildren, Sean, Amy and Jeremy Frederick and Hayley and Arline Wilson. Funeral services will be 11 A.M. Thursday, Nov. 15, 2007 at David C. Gross Funeral Home, St. Petersburg. Interment will be private. The family suggests memorial donations be made to the S.P.C.A.
