Obituary of Matthew Eugene Booker

Mr. Matthew E. Booker, age 94, of St. Petersburg, passed away Saturday, December 29, 2007 at Bay Pines Veteran's Hospital. He was born in Pleasantville, New Jersey and came to Florida in the 1950's from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He served his country during WW II in the US Army and was a Mason. He earned his Ph. D in education, and was of the Protestant faith. There are no known survivors. Private cremation arrangements were held. David C. Gross Funeral Home is in charge of Mr. Booker's arrangements.
