Dear Kris, Frank and Bob, We loved your mom dearly and she was a very good friend for many, many years, and an important part of our lives. We had Streaked Water at Michigami for many years and enjoyed working hard together. "Five O'clock Happy Hour" and bridge are special memories of our time together. We truly enjoyed each other. We will miss her greatly. Love, Vera and Jack

Dear Frankie, Krissy and Bobby: I wanted to express my condolences to you and the family. I have many fond memories growing up in Gulfport with all of you. Your mom was the best cook...I still have some of her hand written recipe cards that she gave my mom and think of her often when using them. I can also remember her tea cup collection and my mom always commenting that Mary used her tea cups when they were visiting. It was always a treat running into her at Publix..we would catch up on the families. She always had a kind word about everyone. Bless Krissy for looking after her. I know she appreciated all you you. Love to the Family, Sheila Eveland

I am so sorry for your loss. Having been Mary and Kris' friend through the military and house cleaning I was the lucky one to get some of the great desserts Mary cooked up and the raspberry jams were second to none. Mary and I shared many a story while I slaved away keeping her house neat. I am a better person for knowing her and she will always be in my heart. Many blessings to the family for comfort during this difficult time.

I have many happy happy memories of my visits with mary at her home in fla. and a week long visit at her cabin in Michigamme. Boy can she cook esp. those blueberry pies she made after we picked the bluberries and her apple pies were awesome also. She got me thru many army reserve 2 week trainings with her goodies sent as we departed. I have known Mary since 1984. I loved to visit and hear her talk about her nursing days and whatever meal she prepared every bite was savored and enjoyed. She always wanted to keep up with my grandchildern news and I always had pictures to share with her. She will be truley missed and will always have a very special place in my heart. May God comfort her family in this sad time and know that she will always be with you in your hearts and her spirit will be ever present. God bless you all and may ST. Francis comfort little Phoebe and keep her safe.

Nancy, Rachel and I, along with Aunt Mary's two "great nephews" Michael and Jason, offer our sincerest condolences. I am so glad that we had the opportunity to visit one last time at the reunion last August. As you know, my father, John, absolutely idolized his little sister Mary. The circle has now been completed and Sam, Hilma, John and Mary are all together once more.
