Obituary of Irving Tepper

Irving Tepper 85 of Simpsonville, SC, formerly of Belleair FL died August 31, 2008. Born September 20, 1922 in the Bronx, NY. He served in the U.S. Navy from 1942 to 1945. Taught at George Westinghouse Vocational Tech. High School, Brooklyn, NY. He wrote curriculum for the state of New York and was Technical Editor for 'CQ' The Radio Amateur's Journal. He authored several books on electronics and in 1984 retired to consultant for CES Industries, writing educational training manuals. In 1994 he and his wife, Phyllis, retired to Belleair, FL. After the death of his wife (2001) he moved to Simpsonville, SC. He is survived by: a brother, Owen Tepper of Monroe County, NJ; two sons, Robert and his wife Sheryl of Simpsonville, SC; Brian and his wife Susan of San Diego, CA; and five grandchildren, Joslin, Matt, Jessica, Megan & Joanna. Funeral services will be 11AM Wednesday, September 3, 2008 at Congregation Beth Shalom, Clearwater with burial to follow at Sylvan Abbey Memorial Park. David C.
