I hadn't seen Dave in a while, but will always remember the good times. One of his great qualities was that he could make you laugh, always had a smile on his face and never gave up in good times or bad.

I knew David for over 40 years, his sister Linda was my sister-in law. Dave always greeted you with a big smile and a hearty laugh. Even as a young man I was always impressed with how much he loved his nieces even before he had his own children. He has a wonderful family that I'm sure will cherish "the good times". My deepest sympathy to Lynda, your sons and grandchildren; Gloria, his mother and Linda and her family. As someone said before, he's in a better place with that big smile of his. My love and prayers to you all, Carroll and family

It so saddened me to get the news of Dave- it just seemed that with his "larger thn life" personality that he was invincible. Dave was just Dave and whenever you would say his name to anyone- it would just bring a smile to their face- because, he was just so funny, he could make any circumstance or situation laughable. Yet, Dave was also deeply sincere- if you were a friend- you were always a friend- no judgments, no expectations or demands of how you "should" be or what was "acceptable". He loved life, he loved people, he loved his family, dearly. David was a person that always seemed to have the time to listen and to help out. He helped, so many times, as my dad battled with alcohol. Dave was like a son to my dad- they could carry on with their jokes for hours and hours. He helped me through some very difficult and painful times as he did with so many others. He became like a brother to Lori, Lisa and I. Dave will always be in my heart and he will always be in so many memories as we braved the early 70's and high school. Dave always pushed himself to be able to survive something so powerful and painful- he fought till the end. He will always be one of the most special pepople I ever met. My prayers go out to his loving wife, Lynda, his sons, Trevor, Kyle and Brandon, his dear sweet mother, Gloria, his sister Linda, his brother-in-law, Ron, his beautifull nieces, Tina and Roberta, and his two grandchildren. Please be comforted with this "And God will wipe away every tear from their eyes: there shall be no more death, nor sorrow, nor crying. There shall be no more pain, for the former things have passed away." Revelation 21:4 Love you all, Kim, Nico and Vanessa

Dave, you were the brother I never had. I know my dad thought of you like the son he never had. As my sister Kim's boyfriend in your teens you practically lived with us. Family vacations were never the same without you. You made me laugh so hard at times I thought I would wet my pants. And the tricks you played. You made me so mad sometimes because I was always the target. But then you would smile and laugh and oh those eyes and their sparkle and your voice... I can still hear it and it warms my heart. I could never stay mad at you for very long. My heart goes out to your family. I want them all to know you have always held and will forever hold a special place in my heart. Lori

Any death is such a tragic loss. More so when the one we lost had much more life to live and offer others. We did not know David personally, but we are touched for Trevor's loss of his dad and grandfather to his boy's. May you all find comfort knowing that David is not suffering any longer and he is resting in peace. Your extended family, Clive, Nancy, Jasmine and Candace Wynter

I remember showing up at 7 am in the morning, Dave walks up toward the fence. We were just standing there and the dog starts to bark. To which I tell him some one here is glad to see him this morning. He looked over to us with a smile, and then I tell him, "It is NOT us it's the dog." We all had a nice laugh to begin our day. Dave will be missed. My sincere condolences to his wife and sons for their loss, Tim

I am so sorry for your loss. David and I grew up together in the car business way back in the Ralph King auto sales days. We used to drive cars back and forth to the auctions, hopeing they wouldn't break down along the way. We celebrated a few bithdays together back then cause they were 1 day apart. I always remembered those days and how much fun it was to go to work, we were just kids driving fancy cars. God Bless you David, you will still be in my memories.

To Linda and the boys, I'm sad to hear of the passing of Dave. I had not seen him in a quite a while, but had a ten year business/friendship relationship with him in the auto business. I knew Dave well. We had our ups and downs, but I mostly remember the good times. And there were many. The best time I ever had with Dave is the time he treated me to a steak dinner at the Red Barn in Plant City after the auction.Of course there is a story behind the events that occured in the Red Barn that night, and you really had to be there.... (There were other car people in our group). If Dave I were to see one another again, (in a better place) I'm sure it will be the the first thing we reminisce about. Dave has a good heart and will be missed. My thoughts and prayers are with you and the families
