Obituary of Roberto Viera Sr.

Roberto Viera Sr 80, of St Petersburg, Florida gained his wings and joined the angels on January 23rd 2023.

Roberto was born in Hato Rey,Puerto Rico on September 17, 1942. After moving his family to Saint Petersburg, Florida in the early 1980s. he worked as a heavy equipment mechanic and retired from the City of Saint Petersburg Sanitation Department in 2008.

He enjoyed being on the water, fishing and boating, and never lost his love of cars, which he passed down to his kids. 

He was loved by so many and enjoyed spending time with his friends and family. 

He is survived by his wife Marisol Batista, his sisters Luz Selenia Viera, Dorinda Viera, Miriam Viera, his daughter, Elizabeth Viera, his sons Juan Benitez, Roberto Viera Jr, Liuber Batista, Miguel Antonio and his grandchildren; Juan (Jr) Benitez, Noah Benitez, Alejandro Viera, Levi Viera, Landyn Viera, Jana Benitez and Rose Benitez.
