Obituary of Antonia Caffentzis

Our dear mother, Antonia Caffentzis sadly passed away on January 17, 2023, at the age of eighty-seven. She was a loving wife and mother, a devoted Christian, and a teacher of the Greek language and culture. Her home is a landmark on Clearwater Beach. Mom welcomed everyone, whether they were family or friends. Her loving, caring heart touched so many people and we all will miss her tremendously.

Antonia was predeceased by her beloved husband, Demetrios Caffentzis, and survived by her son and wife Nicholas and JoAn Caffentzis, her daughter and husband, Vasiliki, and John Kallas, her two granddaughters Dora and Antonia, her nephew and wife Jim and Alexandra Andreu, and their two daughters, Elena, and Christina.

If you would like to pay your respects, you are welcome to attend the funeral service we are holding in her honor at Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church, 409 S. Old Coachman Rd. Clearwater, FL 33765 on Monday, January 23, 2023, at 11:00 am. We will then proceed for the burial at Cycadia Cemetery, 1021 W. Tarpon Ave. Tarpon Springs, FL 34689.
