Obituary of Janice Berger

Janice Henrietta Berger (Rosenthal) of St. Petersburg, Florida, peacefully passed away on July 11, 2022 surrounded by her loving family. She was born June 17, 1930 to Agatha and Saul Rosenthal and spent her early years in Rockville Centre, New York. Janice was an astute adventurer with many worldly travels. She was fiercely independent, was unafraid to share her opinions and loved all animals. Janice was predeceased by her husband of 49 years Stuart Sol Berger. She is survived by her loving companion Joel Feinberg; her daughter Susan Berger (Sherman Bilbo); her son Edward Berger (Melissa); her brother Robert (Alice) Rosenthal; granddaughter Heather Boneparth (Douglas), great granddaughters Hazel and Ruby. A celebration of her life will be held privately at a later date. In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to Best Friends Animal Society or a charity of your choice.
