Josh was such a great friend to my husband, Mike. He was always willing to lend a helping hand when needed. I remember one time they went shark fishing and got stuck on shell key island because it started storming real bad. It’s like wherever Josh went, chaos followed, but in a good way. It was never a dull moment with him.
Rest In Peace Josh

My condolences to Mimi and Olive. I hope his mother can find peace in his absence, and I hope his daughter is only told the good things. There were a lot of good things for a long time. I always prayed that you’d bounce back Josh. I prayed that you’d have the family and the friends and the life that you dreamed of. I prayed that you’d find your happiness. My heart breaks to know the path your life took and how abruptly it’s ended. I’ve shared photos from times that I know you were happy and full of love…the Keys, the babies, your family, and your friends. Those are the things that kept your spirit alive. Josh, Bunkle Gosh, Joshy Hopp, The Hawaiian Punch…so many names for so many memories. You’re with all of the souls now that you missed so badly, the best company you could ever dream of. I hope you are at peace now, free from worry and all of the ties that bound you. Everything here will work itself out. Now it’s time to go fishing with the angels. RIP Hopp.
