Obituary of Vincent Saltarelli

Born Jan. 22, 1932 died, August 27, 2021. Vincent, originally from Raritan, NJ passed in his beloved St. Petersburg, Florida at the age of 89. He is survived by his three children, David Saltarelli and his wife Carolyn; Mark Saltarelli and his wife Diana, and daughter, Elisa Bowser, as well as his seven grandchildren. He enlisted illegally in the Merchant Marines at the age of 16, then went on to own a diner and become a member of the Painter's Union before going back to sea. He spent his retirement by the water in St. Petersburg listening to big band music and voraciously writing. May he find eternal peace in heaven.

The care of Mr Saltarelli and his family has been entrusted to David C. Gross Funeral Home in St. Petersburg.
